Service description

As your personal meditation trainer, I can be your sparring partner, helping you to learn how, when and how to regulate yourself and your nervous system - either to energise or to ground. I have been on my own journey and I know how difficult it can be, especially in the beginning. You can be assured that our time together will be free of judgement, with lots of space for your own free development. Your practice can change - not just once, but again and again. You don't have to 'go through' something every day that doesn't suit you. I will show you different forms and methods so that you can flexibly choose what works for you in your current situation: ranging from meditation, movement and breath work to coaching techniques to help you find relaxation, connection, slowing down, clarity... depending on your needs. Together we will create your own personal practice that - is good for you, - fits into your life, - is fun for you - you understand. Mindful self-care and personal development can be easy. And meditation is not about silencing the mind, it is about being with what is. My aim is to give you the tools and knowledge to shift your mindset towards more self-acceptance, self-love and self-care. In my 1:1 sessions, I take you by the hand and show you different methods so that you can find out for yourself what is good for you. As your personal meditation coach, I will also keep you on track and motivate you to stick with it. The 60 minutes session is aiming at establishing the first foundation. After that, I offer 2 packages: 4 x 45 minutes for 260 (65 per session) 8 x 45 minutes for 510 (63,75 per session)
