About me
Hi, I'm Marcelina, and I am a somatic practices facilitator with over 16 years of my own practice and more than 6 years of professional experience. In my work, I focus on nervous system regulation and the release of stress and anxiety from the body. My approach is grounded in neuroscience and yogic knowledge, and I integrate movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and various other somatic practices to support well-being on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels. Most of us need a combination of different practices for complete well-being. Each of us is different—our bodies and nervous systems are different, and every day is different. Depending on your needs, I can prepare a practice designed to nurture your complete well-being.
